3. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- You must have a valid WhatsApp Business account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- One account per business entity
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Violate WhatsApp's policies
- Are inactive for more than 6 months
5. Subscription and Billing
5.1 Pricing
- Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
5.2 Free Trial
- 14-day free trial available for new users
- No credit card required for trial
- One trial per business entity
- Full access to features during trial period
5.3 Payment
- Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle
- Accepted methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You authorize automatic recurring charges
5.4 Refunds
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
- No refunds for partial months
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers
- Contact support for refund requests
5.5 Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for unused time in the current billing period
- Data will be retained for 90 days post-cancellation
6. Acceptable Use Policy
6.1 Permitted Use
You may use Flowtix only for:
- Legitimate business communication
- Customer inquiries and support
- Booking confirmations and payments
- Follow-up messages with customer consent
6.2 Prohibited Use
You must NOT:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate WhatsApp's Commerce Policy or Terms
- Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service
- Use the Service for fraudulent activities
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance
You agree to:
- Comply with WhatsApp Business API Terms and Policies
- Obtain proper consent before sending messages
- Respect opt-out requests immediately
- Not send promotional messages outside permitted windows
- Maintain message quality and relevance
Violation of WhatsApp policies may result in account suspension by WhatsApp and/or Flowtix.
8. Data and Privacy
- Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy
- You retain ownership of your customer data
- You grant us license to process data to provide the Service
- You are responsible for the legality of data you collect
- You must comply with data protection laws (GDPR, IT Act 2000, etc.)
9. Intellectual Property

- Flowtix, its logo, and all related content are our property
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology
9.2 Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant us license to use your content to provide the Service
- You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights
10. Service Availability and Modifications
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months
- We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or business
- We are not liable for WhatsApp platform changes or restrictions
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Flowtix harmless from claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of WhatsApp policies
- Your content or customer interactions
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
13. Third-Party Services
- The Service integrates with WhatsApp (owned by Meta)
- Payment processing through third-party providers
- We are not responsible for third-party service changes or failures
- Third-party terms and policies apply to their respective services
14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
14.2 Arbitration
